Responsibilities
- Safeguards and monitors the movement of store's total inventory to ensure availability of stocks for selling and maintaining zero variance.
- Physically counts manual accountable forms with signature.
- Counts available stocks, matches it with previous day's stock count sheet and reports discrepancies, if any.
- Monitors aging stocks.
- Issues correct stocks and assigns to specialist via MTPOS.
- Updates the team on status of inventory items.
- Ensures sufficient inventory stock level to avoid stock out.
- Coordinates with other custodians to source out customers' required stocks.
- Follows the FIFO (first in, first out) policy when getting/assigning stocks.
- Updates SIR upon every issuance of stocks to specialists.
