In this position, you will be pivotal in organizing daily operations and supervising a team of 3 to 4 clerks. You will handle varied responsibilities, including inventory organization and report preparation. Your role will require technical problem-solving to maintain machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train clerical staff on various duties
• Plan and organize logistics operations efficiently
• Create and submit comprehensive reports
• Coordinate inter-departmental activities to streamline workflow
• Manage performance reviews and address workplace issues
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate needed
• 7 months to 1 year experience in supervision
• Ability to maintain attention to detail
• Demonstrated organizational skills
