About the Role
The Chief Risk & Compliance Officer is responsible for leading the risk and compliance function at iAMCCHINA and overseeing the risk and compliance program under the Governance Framework and Enterprise Risk Management Framework of iAMCCHINA. Chief Risk Officer is also the Chief Compliance Officer, designated local anti-money laundering officer, local data privacy officer and local FATCA Responsible Officer of iAMCCHINA while providing (i) assurance of the effectiveness and efficacy of the pre-trade compliance review & risk analytics and post-trade compliance & risk monitoring and reporting; (ii) appropriate second line support to the first line to design the feasible controls and effective assess mechanism embedded within the local policies、standards and procedures as envisaged under the Gov...
