About the role
Join TEOCO’s as an Invoice Processing Analyst on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative professional to support critical invoice processing, urgent payment handling, and reconciliation activities during overnight hours. The role provides exposure to financial controls, utility/vendor invoicing, and internal systems used to govern payments.
Key responsibilities
Process incoming vendor and utility invoices received outside normal business hours and ensure accurate recording in TEOCO’s bill processing system.
Research and execute urgent and late payments to prevent service disruptions, including analysis of past-due notices and high-priority accounts.
Perform credit card reimbursement processing: reconcile supplier invoices to company payments, document and authorize reimbursements back to TEOCO, and maintain clear ...
