Invoice Processor

• Her main responsibility is customer callout collections and account reconciliation.
• Attend to all queries and concerns from customers regarding their account balances. Update the collection tracker and other monitoring Excel files.
• Advice for payment postings for collection received from customers and the EWTS application.
• Issuance of collection receipts official receipts to customers
• Responsible for sending an updated SOA to customers either through email or courier.
• Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
