Lead ISR extraction efforts for the Phoenix wellfield at Denison. Responsible for production management, team leadership, and operational excellence with onsite and office work.
Denison seeks an ISR Extraction Manager to oversee production activities in the Phoenix wellfield. This role starts in construction, liaising with contractors, and transitions to a site-based production focus. The successful candidate will manage technical and operational teams, striving for safety and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee ISR wellfield extraction and processing plant operations
• Manage and develop a production-focused technical team
• Set, own, and achieve production targets safely and effectively
• Control ISR scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Implement advanced performance analytics for extraction metrics
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or geoscience with APEGS designation
• 7+ years in ISR operations or mine production experience
