**Overview**
The IT Acquisition Integration Specialist is responsible for leading the technology‑focused integration of newly acquired companies, platforms, and digital assets. This role ensures that infrastructure, applications, data, and security frameworks are seamlessly aligned with enterprise standards. The specialist partners closely with cross‑functional teams to minimize disruption, maintain business continuity, and accelerate value realization from M&A activity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Technology Assessment & Planning**
+ Conduct pre‑close IT due diligence to evaluate infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity posture, data environments, and technical debt.
+ Identify integration risks, gaps, and dependencies across networks, systems, and cloud environments.
+ Develop comprehensive IT integration roadmaps, including timelines, resource needs, and transition milestones.
