Job Responsibilities
* Partner with business commercial operation team and central marketing team to translate business strategies into a prioritized annual digital/IT roadmap and budget.
* Own the ITBP and ITBA accountability for business initiatives, from requirements collection through delivery, ensuring the delivery team (back-end commercial, D2C mini-programs, e-commerce integrations, CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, etc.) delivers as one.
* Elicit and document business requirements (user stories, epics, process maps) and translate them into technical specifications for global product teams or local vendors.
* Manage the project portfolio: scope, schedule, budget, risk, vendors and change management; report status and benefits realization to local leadership and global IT governance.
* Ensure solutions comply with quality, compliance, security, privacy and regulatory standards.
