IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze detailed requirements from stakeholders and operational teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive User Requirements Documents (URD) to serve as a blueprint for system development.
• Document, organize, and maintain business processes, project requirements, and system changes to ensure accurate and accessible records for all stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful delivery of IT systems.
• Develop and present insightful reports to project teams, highlighting key findings, progress updates, and recommendations.
• Actively participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
