Salary: 45k to 55k according to seniority and additional variable bonuses
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as the interface between Business and IT, supporting clients in the functional and technical implementation of their IT projects within energy trading and regulated market environments.
Job Responsibilities- Act as the liaison between Business and IT teams, advising clients on both functional and technical aspects of IT project implementation
- Gather, structure, and document business requirements
- Analyze, optimize, and model end-to-end business processes, particularly within energy trading
- Develop functional concepts and decision-support documentation
