Job Title: IT Command Centre Agent
Experience: 2- 5 Years
Location: Bengaluru
As an IT Command Centre Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
You will work closely with senior team members to resolve issues, provide support, and maintain high levels of system availability.
Sound knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience in IT Infrastructure alert monitoring and triaging.
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
ControlM & TWS batch job operations
Mainframe batch job operations & knowledge of JCL management.
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools, Data analysis
