Data Privacy

• Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the company’s global data privacy program.


• Ensure compliance with major international regulations (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, etc.).


• Conduct privacy impact assessments, compliance audits, and risk reviews.


• Review contracts and vendor agreements for privacy risks and regulatory alignment.


• Monitor evolving data protection laws and provide internal guidance.


• Build and deliver privacy training programs across the organization.
