IT Desktop/Network/AV/Technical Support

We are Eil Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions

Location: Makati City

Mode: Dispatch/Freelance/On-Call/Casual basis

Responsibilities:

Onsite EUC & AV support (meeting rooms, video conferencing, laptops, printers)
Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV equipment, Windows OS, Microsoft 365
Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Hardware break/fix, re-imaging, device replacement
Coordinate with remote support teams and update tickets

Requirements:

Experience in EUC / Desktop / AV Support
Knowledge of meeting room technologies & video conferencing systems
Basic networking knowledge
Good communication and customer service skills
