As an IT Helpdesk Specialist (internally referred to as IT Engineer) within our Benelux Operations tribe, you will join a hands-on, fast-paced team responsible for keeping hardware and software across our production facility, office, and logistical hubs running smoothly.
You ensure every colleague, whether on the production floor or behind a laptop, has the tools, access, and support they need to succeed. From onboarding and troubleshooting to device configuration and lifecycle management, you play a key role in maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.
You will work with device management solutions (MDM) to enroll, configure, and maintain company hardware, manage access, deploy software, and support provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
