DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- End Device Management covers the complete lifecycle of endpoint devices, including setup, deployment, maintenance, repairs, software and OS management, and inventory tracking for Windows and macOS systems.
- User Support involves providing Level 1 onsite technical assistance for endpoint hardware, operating systems, applications, and network access issues. The role includes handling service requests and incidents within SLA, supporting user onboarding and offboarding, enforcing security policies, administering endpoint management tools, and ensuring device compliance by monitoring status, supporting audits, and performing required remediation
- Software Deployment and Management involves deploying applications, updates, and patches; installing, updating, and managing endpoint software and operating systems; troubleshooting software installation and performance issues; and maintaining the standard operating environment (SOE) and g...
