IT Executive (Hardware Support）

We are looking for an IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up PCs, POS systems, and peripheral devices
• Install POS‑related software and ensure system functionality
• Repair or replace computer and electrical hardware as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve store equipment and device issues
• Arrange equipment replacement, repair, and ordering
• Inspect and maintain CCTV systems

Requirements

• Language: Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients
• Education: SPM or below
• Experience: 6 months - 1 year in a related field
