The resource, within the Information Technology Department, will support the IT Infrastructure Team with the following activities:
Ensure continous support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration and problem risolution related to Hardware and Software SystemsEnsure backup and data protection services, proposing solutions to mainain a good level of performance Support in suppliers management and relation (Data Center, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Network, ecc..)Skills:
Good knowledge of English language Interest and passion for the IT field Good knowledge of LAN Infrastructure and Active Directory Good analytic skills Accuracy, planning and organization Good relational and communicational skillsEducation:
High school diploma in Information Technology or Degree in Information Technology
