Job Description We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide essential technical support across our corporate team and franchise network. This role handles Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, maintains the IT knowledge base, manages SaaS subscriptions, and helps team members effectively use the software, hardware, and communications systems that keep our business running.
