Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, and basic networking
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues (hardware, software, internet connectivity, printers, etc.)
- Familiar with Windows OS, basic system configuration, and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and IP configuration
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Willing to provide technical support to end-users
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment
