IT L2 Support Engineer – Onsite (Cisco & VC)

Link-Worldwide is seeking an IT Technical Support professional for a temporary position in Mexico City. The role involves providing level 2 technical support for 550 users and ensuring the functionality of 18 meeting rooms with conferencing technology.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience in IT support, and knowledge of various technologies including Windows, Cisco, and Microsoft tools. This is a full onsite position with a Monday to Friday work schedule.
