Key Responsibilities Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents. Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones. Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution. Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents. Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.
