IT OT Device Solutions Analyst

The IT OT Device Solutions Analyst is responsible for leading work within or across end-to-end IT/OT solution lifecycles.

Duties

• Design and implement IT/OT device solutions (e.g., iPads, barcode scanners, IP building security systems, digital display technologies) by translating manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable standards‑aligned solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain connected device ecosystems, ensuring reliable operation of mobile devices, scanning systems, security platforms, and digital display infrastructure
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, capturing operational needs and aligning device solutions to business and production requirements
• Drive proactive system health reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance device performance, reduce recurring issues, and improve end‑user experience
