Job Description
The IT Business Analyst Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements within the PPM system.
This role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, conducting impact analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
The specialist will also be responsible for user support, training, and documentation, ensuring that all users can effectively utilize the system.
Key Responsibilities

business processes
- Understanding of how IT effects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business
processes
- Technical skills to support user requests independently with standard tools if available
