McLarens is seeking an experienced IT PMO Specialist to support the growth and maturity of its IT PMO function. This role combines hands-on project execution with the responsibility to establish, sustain, and improve project management processes across the IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and will help instill project discipline, consistency, and transparency across all IT initiatives.This role is ideal for someone passionate about project delivery, process excellence, and organizational improvement, and who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. Key Responsibilities: PMO Process Implementation & Improvement Design, implement, and continuously improve IT project management processes and templates across the full lifecycle (intake, feasibility, charter, planning, execution, closeout).
