Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and refine project ideas; assess feasibility, economic viability, risks and success factors in coordination with portfolio and programme management as well as the business sponsor.
- Prepare a project pre-study as the basis for go/no-go decisions, including objectives, solution variants and evaluation.
- Develop the project mandate including objectives, resources, milestones, timelines, costs, effort, methodology, WBS, risk plan and project organisation.
- Establish and manage an appropriate project organisation in line with internal project governance standards.
