Position Details:
- Location: Brazil(100% Remote)
- Indefinite Contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment & selection (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Design & implement recruiting strategies
- Manage IT & specialized hiring for top clients
- Consult with managers on hiring needs & match top talent
- Ensure compliance with legal & ethical recruitment standards
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in Brazil
- Advanced English (B2+) - Spanish is a plus!
- IT recruitment experience is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive
- LATAM recruitment experience is highly valued
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to R$12,000.00 per month
