IT SOX Tester / Auditor

For one of our clients active in the AI sphere, Protiviti is looking for an experienced IT SOX Tester / Auditor (m/f/x) to support SOX compliance activities. The assignment focuses on testing and evaluating IT General Controls within a SOX-regulated environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, audit teams, and business owners to ensure control effectiveness and compliance with SOX requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IT SOX testing across key IT General Controls (e.g. Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations)
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT controls
• Document testing results, findings, and remediation actions clearly and accurately
• Liaise with internal audit, IT, and business stakeholders
• Support walkthroughs and evidence collection
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SOX and internal control processes
