IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC)

Summary You will serve as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC), San Diego. Responsibilities You will support the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to execute and administrate the DoN Cybersecurity Program. You will establish, implement, and execute procedures to support NETC operations in accordance with Federal, DoD, DoN, and NETC Cyber Security policies, guidelines, standards, and regulations. You will coordinate with and support the SCSTC Cybersecurity Workforce Program Manager (CSWF-PM) in researching and scheduling cyber-specific programmatic and technical training. You will monitor shared drives, manage collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and TEAMS, and perform maintenance of software for optimal efficiency and collaboration.
