Job Description: IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning computers and perform monthly cleaning of all computer units.
• Provide technical assistance and support to fellow employees.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology or Computer Science
• Relevant work experience in IT or related field.
• Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
