Become a vital part of Canada Goose as an IT Support Associate in Toronto. Provide essential first-level support across end-user systems and make a difference with your technical skills.
In this role, you will engage with Canada's iconic lifestyle brand, supporting the IT infrastructure in various capacities. Your tasks include assisting users with Windows, MacOS, and Point of Sale systems while ensuring smooth onboarding and modification of user accounts. You'll also handle desktop imaging, AV setup, and perform essential troubleshooting across various platforms including Office365 and Active Directory.
