The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner while optimizing existing IT processes to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
This role will support both onsite and remote users, including the New York office, and requires excellent communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple IT-related tasks effectively.
Shift Timing:
Night Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST
