Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing world class customer service to their staff.
- Execute the effective and timely delivery of IT services.
- Interact effectively with all customer constituencies.
- Maintain the operational availability of all computer related equipment and IT resources including laptops, desktops, printers, servers, data communication equipment, network infrastructure, telephone equipment and audio-visual systems.
- Deploy computer and related equipment in a timely fashion to meet the day to day operational requirements.
- Responsible for setting up, installing, operating, testing and troubleshooting audio and visual equipment, including setting up equipment used to enhance live events, such as laptops, projectors, screens and microphones.
