- Install, configure and deploy software and hardware systems
- Troubleshoot technical, hardware and networking issues

- Maintain accurate documentation and service standards

- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum CGPA 3.20 and above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
