Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational duties such as providing PC support to end-users in software and hardware, data backup; manage disk storage usage, computer inventory tracking etc
- To provide support for IT applications such as Cloud, Microsoft Office products, internet explorer, desktop, laptop, printer, and network LAN/WAN connectivity.
- To provide support and monitor branch offices IT infrastructures such as Server, firewall, network switches and backup.
