Job Description
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities
- Provide daily user support and serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT-related requests.
- Coordinate with Headquarters IT and external vendors to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Support system upgrades, installations, migrations, and configuration changes across the company’s IT environment.
- Perform monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, workstations, software, telephony, and network equipment.
- Manage and lead IT-related initiatives, including system implementations, upgrade programs, and cybersecurity enhancement projects.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure regular data backups and security updates are performed.
