Job Description

  • Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
  • Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
  • Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
