IT Support Associates are
responsible of providing user-facing support both in person and remotely based
on support tickets received and logged in the organization's ticketing system.
Associates are also responsible of supporting engineering teams with setting up
and troubleshooting systems on the ground.
They provide technical support to
all employees within the organization for both software and hardware related
problems reported through our IT ticketing system and other support channels.
