Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues (in-person, phone, or remote).
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- More than 1 year experience
- Fluent in English
- Live near Pasay/Parañaque
- Can work shifting schedule
- Can speak English fluently
