IT Support Specialist

The role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands‑on technical support to employees and maintain the day‑to‑day operations of our IT environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and building strong technical foundations, with room to grow.

You will manage end‑user support and work closely with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.

This is an onsite role at our office in Richmond, BC, with limited opportunity for remote work. You must be located in or be willing to relocate to the Lower Mainland

Your primary areas of responsibility are:

• Support and maintain Windows and Linux client systems, and assist with server administration under the guidance of senior IT staff.
