Job Description
We are currently supporting a well-established organisation in Zurich in their search for an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist (1st Level Support) to strengthen their internal IT team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incidents and service requests via the internal IT Service Desk (phone & electronic channels)
- Provide 1st level support to internal users in German, French, Italian and English
- Analyze, document and resolve tickets in line with ITIL-based processes
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support when required
- Provide application support for various internal systems
- Maintain and continuously improve the internal Knowledge Management database
- Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement initiatives
