Role OverviewWe are seeking IT Support Technicians for a project focused on break/fix support in the Seattle/Renton area. This role involves providing IT service delivery, including IMAC, break/fix, and deskside support. Technicians will work in a dynamic environment, potentially in an IT Service Center or walking flight lines, to ensure operational stability and end-user satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT service delivery, including IMAC, break/fix, and deskside support.
Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments on client assets.
Coordinate with end-users to set expectations and schedule services.
