Job Summary - IT Support (100% onsite - Scranton, IA)
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for approximately end users while contributing to a broader, national IT Operations team. This role is responsible for owning issue resolution at the local site while also supporting a shared national ticketing queue. The ideal candidate be, handling walk-up support, escalated tickets, and serve as a primary point of contact for end users.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide on-site analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex desktop and end-user issues.

+ Own and manage escalated tickets from the Service Desk, as well as contribute to a shared national support queue.

+ Deliver hands-on support for walk-up requests, system issues, and project-based work (e.g., deployments, upgrades, office moves).

+ Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
