IT System Engineer - Madrid
Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT System Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service.
As IT System Engineer you are responsible for:
· To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)
· Mixed work on site and remote.
· To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems
· To cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis
· To take care of the correct forwarding of the docs to all people involved, especially the specific features of the implemented project
