IT Technical Analyst - End User Computing

Under general supervision supports IT technology solutions within end-user and hardware systems. Performs analysis and translation of business, information, and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs. Assists the development of design specifications and deliverables that support system enhancements.

+ Assist with ULS’s patching and vulnerability management processes for Windows workstations and servers

+ Performing software review, as necessary, to determine software solutions based on user request

+ Perform software distribution and packaging duties as necessary

+ Document configuration and installation processes and details

+ Perform system hardware/software troubleshooting as necessary

+ Interface with users, other support staff, and service desk for escalated troubleshooting assistance
