IT Technical Executive

Location: The workplace will be mainly at Punggol Barut and occasionally need to go to Seletar North.

• Overseeing the annual business plan for the IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Monitoring daily operations, including Simplivity Servers, AD Domain, Backup, Network Devices, AP, CCTV, VM Ware, NAS Storage, and Firewall policy.
• Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance between Singapore as HQ and Malaysia.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
• Update patches for Windows OS and servers.
• Assuring all IT activities are performed within applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
• Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures offline (NAS storage) or online (cloud).
• Remaining current with technological advances and industry best practices.
