IT Technical Warehouse Operations Support Manager

Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) provides distribution services to FMCG clients. We support e‑fulfilment operations for a well‑known brand, handling the movement of customer‑specific products such as beers, wines and spirits within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technical Operations Support staff to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the technical function in the warehouse.
• Act as primary liaison between Technical IT support teams and warehouse operations, troubleshooting WMS issues, barcode scanner failures and network dropouts.
• Maintain critical inventory and oversee the maintenance and operation of automated equipment, conveyors and machinery.
