Job Description
The IT/Facilities Coordinator will partner with site leaders and will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of company facilities while managing administrative tasks and IT services that support day-to-day business operations. This role ensures a well-functioning workplace environment and delivers high-quality administrative support to enhance organizational productivity.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Manage IT inventory outlined by policy
- Maintains a schedule system for cleaning, repair, inventory and maintenance of furniture and IT related equipment
- Ensure site leadership team is kept abreast of all ongoing IT and Facilities projects
