In this role, you will take charge of designing and implementing CMDB and ITOM solutions aligned with business requirements. With 6 to 8 years of experience, you will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and ensure compliance. Your expertise in CMDB management will shape the way our organization operates within the ServiceNow framework.
