Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
You will be responsible for enhancing client engagement and increasing brand desirability, and achieving ambitious business objectives.
- Develop annual Digital & LINE startegy by designing seamless and engaging O+O initiatives in alignment with brand's priorities.
- Supervise official LINE account from strategic planning to execution.
- Manage brand Community Site to implement interactive CX campaigns and communications for nuturing upper tier customers.
- Set clear Objecives / KPIs and regularly monitor and analyze the results. Share and utilize findings/data for further action.
-Track the EC traffic and sales generated through effective LINE communication.
- Lead CX-related projects, introducing the latest technologies, trends and competitor's benchmark.
