Job Description
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-3x RTO in QC Office); Day shift
Contract Duration: 6-12 months with possibility of extension
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for providing 2nd Level Application Production Support and Maintenance, including incident management, temporary and permanent fixes for application issues, and proactive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. It also encompasses handling work/enhancement requests for new functionalities, conversions, and migrations, as well as ad hoc service requests like report generation.
- Deliver change requests and production fixes aligned with defined KRAs
- Collaborate with the client, the fellow
developers, the quality engineers and the business analyst to achieve shared goals
- Analyze, track, and report on progress and results
- Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to policies, standards, and best practices
